To use our website or receive tutoring services, the parent/guardian must:

  • Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. Cornerstone Virtual Tutors does not store or have access to your credit/debit card details.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices or fees at any time.

  • Refunds and rescheduling policies will be communicated clearly before services begin.

5. Changes to Services

We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue services (in whole or in part) without notice or liability.

6. Warranties and Responsibilities

  • Tutoring sessions are educational in nature. We make reasonable efforts to support student growth but do not guarantee specific results.

  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and lesson materials, is the exclusive property of Cornerstone Virtual Tutors (images generated from Wix or Ai).

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
